postage, time-of-day, urgency, diagnostic, parts, and mileage.
(when requesting a technician on site, the standard is $0.50/mile with a $10 minimum)
Customer FORGIVENESS
In the spirit of healthy business and customer satisfaction, we have a (one-time) customer forgiveness clause for loyal customers.
If your problem is found to be a simple misunderstanding, the brunt of the cost of your emergency can be forgiven, where appropriate.
So be sure to ask about our customer loyalty and forgiveness clause.
Service FEES
(not including necessary parts) Fees differ by locale, time of day, urgency, system type, infrastructure size, and projected time of repair. Below are price increments for your consideration.
